China Glass Returns to Beijing Again in 2017

China Glass 2017 is organized by the Chinese Ceramic Society and contracted by Beijing Zhonggui Exhibition Co., Ltd. The exhibitors competed in demonstrating their latest technology, equipments and products in the fields of production, processing and testing. Special glass products, glass-processing and manufacturing technology and equipment relevant to low-carbon economy, energy conservation, emission reduction, new energy and green building materials, intelligent manufacturing and glass industrial robot were the highlights of the event. China Glass 2016 attracted over 30,000 visitors from 65 countries during the exhibition, of which 13% were from overseas.

At present, the China glass industry has turnarounds while facing grim situation, including policy support from the government, glass industry innovation and growth momentum of the first half of 2016. Related documents of the State Council provided guidelines for speeding up structural adjustment, transformation and upgrading, controlling economic downturn and benefit drops of the glass industry. Innovative achievements of the glass industry, including ultra-clear glass and ultra-thin glass, have continuously been scored. Meanwhile, the supply-demand gap is shrinking and the glass industry shows a growth trend in the first half of the year and China’s glass industry now becomes more confident in further development. As the largest glass event in 2017, China Glass 2017 will continue to respond to the policy of reducing excessive production capacity and promoting structural reform of the supply side, supporting technical exchanges of the glass community, helping domestic and foreign manufacturers to expand markets and promote international economic trade.
