About the Speaker

Wayne Sharrah is president and CEO of Insurance Claims Management (ICM), which is the privately-held parent company for HSG and CodeBlue. Wayne has more than 25 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance business, all in claims. Most recently, he served as chief claims officer of Esurance Insurance Company and Esurance Inc. for seven years. Before that, Wayne served as the vice president of the commercial and personal claims division for OneBeacon Insurance. He began his career at Progressive, where he spent 13 years in a variety of claims leadership positions. He graduated from Azusa Pacific University. As a basketball enthusiast, Wayne volunteers his time coaching his son’s team.
