SC Railing is honored to have worked in collaboration with Boss Glass Company, JE Berkowitz and Turner Construction to complete this project.
The New Jersey Subcontractors Association selected the new 540,000 sq. ft. Celgene Building “L” Office and Parking Garage to receive their 2016 Project of The Year Award.
The above ground 180,000 sq. ft. office space is located on top a 360,000 sq. ft. parking structure. Within an impressive two year span this project went from concept to occupancy.
SC Railing is honored to have worked in collaboration with Boss Glass Company, JE Berkowitz and Turner Construction to complete this incredible project with such a rapid paced timeline.
SC Railing had the privilege of contributing Dot series glazed decorative railing to the lobby, atrium overlook and grand staircase. The atrium’s most notable feature, the glass ceiling, allows light to flow through the buildings central core with the glass railing enhancing that open feel throughout.
The balcony overlooking the atrium utilized a wet grout attaching the posts into steel sleeves which were welded to the structural steel.
The grand stairs utilized our patented trapezoidal posts welded to the steel stair tread. This glazed decorative railing system utilized a ½” clear tempered glass infill panel, with a film applied after installation to achieve the desired look.
