At this year’s China Glass exhibition from May 24 - 27 2017 in Beigin, Bystronic will present:

B’COMFORT (Insulating glass manufacturing)
The exhibit B’COMFORT offers manufacturing for gas-filled insulating glass units at an excellent cost/performance ratio, claims the company. In addition to quality, the B’COMFORT guarantees excellence with high productivity, low investment costs, a compact system layout and numerous individual expansion levels.

During the daily live demonstrations, visitors to the trade fair will witness reliable, quick and precise performance while also getting a glimpse into the field of industrial insulating glass production. Furthermore, the B’COMFORT offers an inexpensive way to quickly expand insulating glass production capacities: Up to 800 gas-filled insulating glass units can be produced in rectangles or shaped formats per shift.

Included in the B’COMFORT will be the new sealer for continuous, automatic sealing of varying glass formats and dimensions. Sealing quality is achieved due to the volume-controlled dosing system close to the nozzle. The corners are homogeneously sealed and the free access to the operator side leads to an easy glass off-loading.

B’CHAMP (Automotive glass pre-processing)
Bystronic has enjoyed the success of the champ’speed machine generation for the quick and precise pre-processing of automotive glass. Almost half of all passenger cars are equipped with an automotive light that was produced on a Bystronic glass unit. At China Glass 2017, Bystronic glass will present numerous new and further developments of the new B’CHAMP machine generation in the Automotive Innovation Center.

B’EASY (glass handling)
A top-selling Easy-Lift has been inspiring customers from the glass processing industry with its rigid guidance and its own low dead weight since 1998. In recent years, the handling equipment has also gradually established itself with large window manufacturers as it is extremely flexible in terms of frame design.

Right from the start, Bystronic glass supports its customers during the planning stage. The customer service department is then on-hand all over the world for the delivery of spare parts and on-site support. Maintenance contracts and individual training sessions round off the range of services on offer.
