Biloba EVO Frame

Biloba EVO Frame is our new oildynamic hinge for doors with a stop, both internal and external ones.

EVO Frame maintains all the characteristics of EVO: moreover, it allows the application on frames with 30-to-50mm jamb.

The closing speed is adjustable for every closing angle, as the braking control system, up to 180°. EVO Frame is available also with stop at 90°, constant speed control and free hinge between 90° and 180°.

Its particular shape, thin and long, allows the closing mechanism to work on Y axis, thus making the part which covers glass a part with minimal impact.

Thanks to this mechanism, the “sail effect” is being avoided on external applications. Biloba EVO Frame, at the end of the motion, mounts an absorber which prevents unhinging, and it features also an “over pressure” system that avoids breaks in case of incidental tug.

The unicity of nozzles’ shape and hydraulic circuit allows a perfect regulation even in narrow environments, which would be otherwise unreachable.
