Zhejiang Provincial Glass Industry Association to be set up

With the rapid development of Zhejiang economy, glass and glass processing companies have sprung up to make great contribution to the urban-rural development of Zhejiang Province. Then, in order to increase the aggregate level and competitiveness of the whole glass industry, protect the common benefits and further develop the glass industry, more than 30 companies including Zhejiang Glass, Hehe Holding, Jiuma Glass, China Glass Network, etc. submitted an application to the related departments of Zhejiang Provincial Government for setting up Zhejiang Provincial Glass Industry Association. The application has been supported and approved by the Economic & Trade Commission of Zhejiang Province and Zhejiang Civil Affairs Bureau.

After a year’s preparation, the first general meeting and inaugural meeting of Zhejiang Provincial Glass Industry Association will be held on April 12, 2009. It is a great event of Zhejiang glass industry. It warmly welcomes all the representatives from glass and glass-related companies to take part in the meeting and to join in the association.

The meeting is held in Hangzhou Zhijiang Holiday Resort on April 12, 2009.
