Cement Output in the first 3 quarters, 2017

In the first three quarters of 2017, total cement output was 1761.24 million tons, dropping by 0.5% against the same period last year, while last year’s growth rate was 2.6%. Commodity concrete’s production volume was 1409.85 million steres, increasing by 9.2%. Growth speed soared 1.6%.

Flat glass production capacity was 609.59 million boxes, with a growth rate of 5% and growth speed of 0.9%.

Both the price of cement and flat glass has risen. In September, domestic P.O. 42.5 in bulk was priced at 336 yuan/ton, a rise of 13yuan compared with last month, while the growth rate was respectively 4% and 26.8%. Flat glass’s factory-price was 68.2yuan/box on average, a rise of 1.4yuan/box compared with last month. Growth rate was respectively 2.1% and 4.3%.
