The Glass & Optical Materials Division (GOMD) of the American Ceramic Society has extended its abstract deadline has been extended to 15 December 2017. GOMD builds its annual meeting around the emerging trends in glass science and technology. Join technical leaders from industry, national laboratories, and academia will meet 20-24 May 2018, in San Antonio, Texas, to share research and lessons learned with colleagues from around the world.

The GOMD technical programme features both oral and poster presentations that provide an open forum for glass scientists and engineers from around the world to exchange findings on recent advances in various aspects related to glass science and technology.
