The $109mn Business Bay project to be completed in Q4 2019.
Binghatti Developers has started construction on its AED 400mn ($109mn) Millennium Binghatti Residences project on Dubai’s Water Canal in Business Bay.
The 230 unit project is expected to be completed in Q4 of 2019, the firm said, adding that it would feature premium materials and finishes from top end suppliers such as Grohe, Emirates Glass, Villeroy & Boch, Mitsubishi, ABB, Rheem and RAK Ceramics.
Engineer Muhammad Binghatti, CEO and head of Architecture at Binghatti Developers, said: “The iconic building will prove to be a great asset for savvy investors aware of the large rental revenues and prosperity of this thriving region."
He added that the development’s design uses inspiration from the region’s Arab traditions, history and culture.
“I am delighted that many people easily identify our contemporary, vibrant, dynamic and angular architectural style throughout the UAE,” added Eng. Binghatti.
