Ordinary glass is an insulating material, which can be conductive by coating a layer of conductive film on its surface. This is conductive glass, which is a kind of glass with low resistance and conductive ability.

Classification

Bulk conductive glass contains basic oxide, silicon oxide, titanium oxide.

The surface conductive layer glass is made by evaporating a metal film (such as gold, platinum, etc., thickness less than 10 nm) on the transparent glass surface, or spraying metal oxide conductive film (such as tin, indium, etc.) on the heated glass surface.

Application

The products are widely used in LCD, solar cells, microelectronic ITO conductive film glass, optoelectronics and various optical fields.
