AGC recently held its 20-year celebration and open house. The event not only recognized its 20 years in Richmond, but invited friends and families of employees to experience what the company does. AGC gave plant tours, there were inflatables, a petting zoo and various games for the kids and other various events.
At the Richmond facility in Richmond, AGC makes automotive flat glass and sends it out to other plants where the raw glass then becomes windshields, side lites and back glass for cars. AGC's top customers include Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla and Corvette. For the event, Toyota South loaned a Camry, Madison Ford lent a Mercedes Benz and a Lincoln MKX. All of the vehicles displayed AGC's glass.
The dunking booth also served as a fundraiser as money was donated to Hospice.
