Post Time:Jan 04,2019Classify:Industry NewsView:1044

Glass Expo Rocky Mountain™ ’19 is headed to the Denver suburb of Aurora, Colo., January 24-25. The event focuses on the needs of the glass and metal industry and, as always, will deliver hard-hitting educational programming that is not to be missed.

Subject matter specialists Daniel Snow, manager of Glass.com®, and Casey Flores, account executive for Key Media & Research, parent company of USGlass magazine, will examine how to hire and sell to millennials, on Friday, January 25, from 8–9 a.m.

Grab a cup of coffee and come sit in on this timely presentation which focuses on two areas: millennial employees and customers, and how to find and keep both. You’ll learn characteristics of millennials, where to find employees and strategies used to keep them. Then you’ll learn the characteristics of millennial buyers, where to find them, how to appeal to them and what attributes they value. Be sure to learn about the largest generation in the United States.

Snow had been part of the team at a major glass information company for more than two years before being tapped to manage Glass.com®. Previous to this, Snow spent a summer working at a local family owned and operated glass shop prior to attending college and is an Auto Glass Safety Council certified installer.

Flores is the former editor of Window Film magazine and PPFMag, and the current account executive for the Glass Expos™. He graduated with a degree in communication studies from California University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the National Communication Association’s Honor Society. He is an active member of the Hilltop Economic Development Corporation in Pittsburgh.
