Regional Quotations Adjusted; Raw Materials Prices Drop

(China Glass Network) After winter policies announced in Eastern China, quotations from Eastern and Central China are adjusted accordingly. Manufacturers in Shandong and Hubei lower 20-40 yuan, which wants to secure local market advantages. Some manufacturing companies in Beijing Tianjin and Hubei also plan to follow up. 

Glass capacity has been narrowing since November 2018, leading to the less demands of soda ash. Furthermore, glass manufacturers reduce purchasing amounts for suppressing prices of soda ash. The quotations become much more flexible in Eastern and Southwestern China. As per informed, quotations already descend from 2,200 yuan to 1,900.
