LCI Recognizes Andy Hill of Glass Solutions

The Lean Construction Institute (LCI) Chicago CoP recently awarded Andy Hill, the CEO of Glass Solutions Inc. (GSI), the Bob Krier Award for his advancement of lean initiatives at GSI.

Sharing the same passion as the late Bob Krier for moving the industry forward in a lean direction, Andy Hill encourages the office, shop and field teams to continually evaluate and improve processes, according to a release from the company.

“Consistently placing safety above all else, increasing training, shop fabrication, and developing ‘GSI School’ in efforts to continually drive current methods and hands-on training, pushing GSI to the next level, Andy is well-deserving of this award,” writes GSI.
