The National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) added two members to the 2019 board of directors on Monday during its three-day spring committee meeting in Baltimore.
Anthony Cinnamon, principal at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates Inc., and Lisa Winckler, director at Eastman Chemical Company, joined the NFRC board as of Monday, March 25, 2019.
The NFRC Board provides the direction, vision and strategic planning for NFRC and assures that programs and policies are in place to meet its mission. These individuals will fill one new fenestration industry/unspecified seat and one at-large seat. The new fenestration industry/unspecific board member will serve until the board election in the fall, at which point they could be reappointed, per section 6.4 of bylaws. NFRC’s new board members will help ensure NFRC meets its new mission and vision for 2019 of advancing continuous improvements of windows, doors and skylights, contributing to making buildings more comfortable and energy efficient.

Newly-Elected Board Members:
Anthony Cinnamon, Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates Inc. – Since 1995, Cinnamon has worked in inspections and investigations of building facades, exterior wall systems and fenestration systems. His work covers high-rise residential and office buildings, institutions, sports arenas and historic structures.
Lisa Winckler, Eastman Chemical Company – Winckler is director of product management and industry affairs for Eastman Chemical Company, performance films. She has nearly 30 years of experience in the window film industry in the areas of quality, technical marketing, product management, product development and research.
