Zhejiang Zhongli Holding Group Trial Produced Successfully Bent and Tempered LOW-E Glass

At the moment of the tenth anniversary celebration of the group, the subsidiary company-Zhejiang Zhongli Energy-saving Glass Co., Ltd. cooperated with Germany Leybold Optics, researching and developing five kinds of Low-E products that could be tempered in different place, bent and processed together. These products have been went out of the line smoothly, which is the result of the cooperation between ZHONGLI and LEYBOLD. At the same time, it marked that Zhejiang Zhongli Group had been in the front of the area of offline LOW-E glass production and marked that the first production base of energy-saving offline LOW-E glass appeared in eastern China.

As ultra energy-efficient building material, offline LOW-E glass is popular gradually in the market , thanks to its lowest solar radiation and highest Visible light transmittance. Ordinary LOW-E glass can’t be heated, bent and tempered after finishing being coated, which limits the large-scale promotion and use of Low- E glass and the development of energy saving construction course. Adapting to China's national conditions and the level of economic development, ZHONGLI Group researched and developed new Low-E glass that used new material and could be bent and tempered. This kind glass satisfies fully the need of curved glass-building design and has been used in many building at home and abroad, which crated the foundation of the popular use of Low-E glass and contributed to the course of Chinese energy-saving construction.

These five kinds of offline Low-E glass produced by ZHONGYI Group can be heated, bent and tempered. Besides, they have the advantages of optical thermal properties and good energy-saving effect. Their quality meet the national standard "coated glass" GB/T18915.2. Machinable thickness: 3mm-19mm; normal thickness: 5mm and 6mm; maximum processing size: 2440mm×3660mm; minimum processing size: 300mm×800mm.
