Construction is well underway on a 1.4 MW solar array installation at NSG/Pilkington’s Rossford, Ohio, site, say officials.
This project, constructed by AEP OnSite Partners, is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year and will supply about 2.5 million kWh’s of renewable energy annually. By way of comparison, that is enough to power about 200 houses or offset about 50 percent of the electricity used at the site’s Automotive Advanced Assembly Facility, say company officials.
