NorthGlass won the title of Shanghai Harmonious Labor Relations Standard Enterprise

Recently, Shanghai Glass Division and Coated Glass Division, which are subsidiary companies of NorthGlass, have won the title of "Shanghai Harmonious Labor Relations Standard Enterprise". 

This selection was held by Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and more than ten units based on the standards of normalization, construction, development and feeling of more than 70 indicators, and NorthGlass won this selection from all participating units. 

NorthGlass has constantly improved the construction of employee relationship mechanism, salary and welfare, and protection of employees’ legitimate rights and interests. NorthGlass has innovatively designed the professional technology and management promotion channels based on the level of employees and has provided a future career stage for every employee.

According to the overall human resources plan, NorthGlass has formulated an annual training plan in line with the strategic needs and has ensured the effective implementation of the annual plan through the “Training Management Measures”. At the same time, the human resources have formulated the three-level education and training plan according to the actual situation of the company and determined the training subjects required by each department and each post.
