EME: Longevity for Middle East Glass

Middle East Glass, Egypt, have decided that it is time for an upgrade and they’ve chosen EME for the job.

Attracted by EME’s proven ability to provide a project, from raw materials through to mixed batch deliveries, along with engineering design support, the company was approached by Middle East Glass to exchange their existing SCADA computers and software for a solution that was more fit for purpose.

EME installed not only new computer hardware but also SIEMENS WinCC software to help maximize productivity now and into the future. All of which was achieved while the plant remained in operation with no loss of production.
