LiSEC: Automatic bending machine for conventional spacer frames

Using LiSEC‘s BSV-45ANK automatic bending machine, dimensionally accurate spacer frames can be produced from all common profile materials.

The correct spacer material is selected from one of up to 15 slots in the profile magazine according to the order sequence. By decoupling the sawing process from the bending process, the production quantity increases significantly compared to conventional bending machines. The automatic adjustment of the bending tool to the selected profile width results in significant time savings.
