SORG and BGC (BG Container Glass) have signed a collaboration agreement on 18 April 2023 at BGC’s Ayutthaya plant in Thailand.
The well-known container glass producer from Thailand BGC owns 5 plants and 10 operating furnaces supplied by SORG, and the world leading specialist and supplier of glass melting furnaces and forehearth technologies Nikolaus Sorg have a new stage in their relationship.
The agreement was signed by high level management Mr. Silparat, BGC CEO and member of the executive board of BGC, and Mr. Alexander Sorg, Managing Director of Nikolaus Sorg directly after the heating up ceremony of new furnace AGI F1.
By the agreement, a wide field of cooperation is appointed. The scope covers current and new furnace design, including developments, furnace optimization, audits and training of the staffs, just to point out the main topics.
