Mr. Fabio Battistella said, “RD CLEAN CONCEPT? The best purchase I had ever made!” It is with this sentence that Vetreria Battistella welcomed RCN SOLUTIONS’ visit a few days ago.
Customer satisfaction is a key matter in commercial policies. It is important not only to understand whether a company is working in the right direction, but positive feedback from customers is also highly motivating.
Vetreria Battistella is a historical glazier located in Veneto, one of the most industrialized regions of Italy. This craft company is proudly Made in Italy. They serve both private and public sectors, offering full service from production to installation, together with customized projects.
The company is run by Mr. Battistella, second generation owner from a family devoted to glass. Attentive to technical innovations, he works to keep his business growing while facing the difficulties of a competitive market.
At the end of 2021, Vetreria Battistella purchased one RD CLEAN CONCEPT system, with an active size of 3,000 by 1,400 millimetres for their existing laminating kiln.
Having a different kiln from RCN’s, the customer was trying a final attempt to find a way to succeed in lamination. After several rejections, and only by installing RD CLEAN CONCEPT, the kiln definitely works. The customer is doubly satisfied: with a reasonable investment, he can finally rely on a laminating kiln performing well. Otherwise, the company would have had to buy a new kiln, so RD CLEAN CONCEPT was a decisive solution.
Mr. Battistella did not hide his satisfaction and with a few simple, but meaningful words, he confirmed RCN SOLUTIONS gave fundamental support to his production.
RCN is grateful to the customer for his spontaneous feedback that does not represent a finish line, but a reason to work for further improvement.
