Zippe has launched a cloud-based service tool with Artificial Intelligence (AI) support for batch and cullet systems.
At Glasstec 2024, Zippe introduced its zmart360° service tool.
The zmart360° service is a combination of electronic filing (system documentation, maintenance plans, spare parts lists, etc.) and a live system for completed and ongoing service activities.
Accessible 24/7 on smartphones, tablets, or PCs, it provides access to holistic system information, ensuring immediate support.
Features include electronic storage of the complete documentation, spare parts lists, service history and a ticket system.
Each system component has QR codes for easy data access.
zmart360° speeds up issue resolution, reducing response times and boosting efficiency.
The shortly available AI support feature will allow operators to ask questions, e.g. related to maintenance, and the self-learning AI will provide suggestions.
