Huapeng Glass: Forming and Boiler Operators were listed into “Gold blue-collar” training scope

Recently, through Shandong Huapeng Glass Co., Ltd. communicated with the labor department, forming and boiler operators were listed into “Gold blue-collar” training scope. For the worker who has been working for over 19 years, he or she can enter the training for Gold blue-collar technician jobs. For the worker who has been working for between 9 – 19 years, he or she can enter the training for Gold blue-collar senior worker jobs.

After the notice issued, 91 workers actively entered this training. The application rate reached 65%. This training was organized by Huapeng Glass Co., Ltd according to training requirements. And Huapeng Glass Co., Ltd.  was responsible for the management of day-to-day teaching. The labor department was responsible for testing. It was estimated that the test would be finished in the end of September.
