“Seminar of Low-e Glass Technology” (North of China) was held successfully

With the development of the world economy, energy consumption plays more and more important role, the demands of green and energy saving materials and equipment is increasing rapidly. In the building materials industry, LOW-E glass, just because of these features, is widely favored by the public. 

In order to meet the market and effectively push the Low-e glass’s application in building industry, on August 15, 2009, “Seminar of Low-e Glass Technology (North of China)”, which is organized by Foshan Southtech Glass, Foshan Golive Machinery, and Beijing Hanjiang Glass Machinery, was successfully finishedin Beijing JinBao Hotel.

Participators companies include CBMA (China Building Materials Academy), China Safety Glass Test Center, China Glass Materials Researching Institute, Building Material Information Institute, China Building Glass and Industry Glass Associate, China Glass Network and some famous glass companies in north of China. Almost about one hundred people attend this seminar.

This seminar aims to build one platform for the communication and exchanging of the Low-glass technology, so that to push the developing of energy saving glass.

On the seminar, Mr Li Hui(the vice secretary-general of China Building Glass and Industry Glass Associate), and Mr Wang Zheng (the executive of Building Material Information Center) have given the address and also gave the analysis and evaluation for the long term development for the glass industry.

Then, Shi Xingyong (the professor of China Building Materials Institute ) introduced the large potential of energy saving glass market based on the subject “The Final Choice Between Safety and Energy-saving Building Glass ”

Hang Haojun (the vice present and senior engineer of Beijing Hanjiang Glass Machinery), showed us how their glass machines make contributions on Low-E hollow glass based on the subject “The Processing and Application of Low-E Hollow Glass”.

Zhou Junshan (Chairman and senior engineer of Foshan Southtech Glass) gave us a wonderful speech for the Low-e glass technology and the required machines based on the subject “The Tempering and Energy Saving of Low-e Glass”. He also showed us that Southtech is dedicated to produce the high quality glass machines for Low-e glass.

After the seminar, they also held one party for further communicating.

We are sure that this seminar fully shows the close cooperation of the glass processing companies solves the problems together and increase the cohesion of China enterprises.
