Liang Junqiang went to Diamond Glass to check the progress of BIPV project

Recently, accompanied by leaders of Shantou City Construction Bureau, Science and Technology Center leader, Liang Junqiang went to Diamond Glass to chech the progress of BIPV project. The project is named as "Diamond Hanging Garden".

with several months' hard work, the PV Construction 400kWp large-span arched roof project,   "Diamond Hanging Garden" is nearly completed. This project is equipped with 2000×1750mm、1600×1500mm two kinds of double-glass PV modules. The modules were formed into different frame, when solar cells were arranged in different forms. The various appearance provides a directly demonstration model for designers and users.

The project used  double-glass PV modules which is a special laminated glass with solar silicon. The modules not only meet the requirements of Building Code, but also have high photoelectric conversion rate same with common PV modules. Stealth aluminum frame - groove Integrated Design is used in the under part of the building.

Arch bend used curved toughened glass laminated PV modules developed by Diamond Glass itself which is a BIVP product with generation, shelter against the elements, sound insulation, thermal insulation, fire protection, security protection as a whole. The building seems like a beautiful hanging garden.

Additionally, the hanging garden installed Self-Cleaning Robot which is one of the famous patents received by Diamond Glass. Robot Power is also supplied by the solar cells. It is easy for the robot to clean the roof.
