Sweetwater Police say a man died while working with glass at a manufacturing plant.
Officials at "Schott-Gemtron" say 51-year-old James Bales was employed to cut glass and placed excess pieces in a hopper.
While doing that, officials say Bales was somehow hit by piece of glass.
His injury was fatal.. Officials are calling his death "purely accidental."
