Self-cleaning glass
Self-cleaning glass, produced for the the sake of settling the air pollution, is a new idea of building glass with special function. By coating a kind of film mixed with TiO2 on the surface of glass, this kind of glass contribute to decrease the air pollution.
The feature of self-cleaning glass:
1.Super-double alienation: non-viscous water, non-viscous oil, non-viscous blot;
2. Super-double compatible: easily clean and maintain.
My company imported production line(with full-automatic membrane removers, full-automatic gluers), equipped with deionized water and save equipment, automatic aluminum spacer benders, Low-E glass membrane removers. We can provide customers all kinds of standard hollow glass, Low-E hollow glass. Our production line, equipped with full-automatic vertical gluer, getting away the malpractice(without paster phenomenon) of traditional horizontal gluer, which making the more flat hollow glass.
After the hollow glass, Low-E hollow glass produce, coat the self-cleaning automatic coating line hydrophilic layer on the full-automatic coating line. The special film layer，which can resolve，scatter and dissolve dust and other residual to keep them away, has the obvious light catalysis effect. The special hydrophilic makes the water spread on the surface of the glass to take shape of water film and wash the residual on the surface of the glass. That’s the process of the self-cleaning.
The self-cleaning function reduce the cost for the cleaning and maintaining of the building curtain wall glass, also keeps the curtain wall transparent so makes people happy.

The width of aluminum frame: 6mm、9mm、12mm、16mm
Glass thickness: 3mm-19mm
