<br><br>Machine introduction:
<br><br>1、LB2500 vertical insulating glass production flat press line is a perfect equipment to produce slot-alu insulating glass, made up of loading conveyor, washing and drying machine, inspection conveyor, aluminium frame locating machine, automatic flat press machine, output conveyor.
<br><br>2、The washing machine adopts stainless steel integral housing structure, made up of washing box, brushing machine, air-dry machine, connecting water box and strong power blower. There are three pairs of soft hair brushes, washing glasses gradually, it can also wash low-e glass. The stainless steel water box is separated into two independent boxes, both equipped water-feeding pump to feed water for cleaning and brushing. This reasonable design can play the function of water saving and clear clean well. The blower  adopts loop path, energy saving and striking washing and drying effect, low noise.
<br><br>3、Flat press machine adopts close board in plates, back plate has air float equipment, and front plate has vacsorb system. It has following features: stable operation, good stitching effect, high speed. Customers who use import PLC can set different stop time, pressing time and pressure based on differences glass, aluminium and butyl. It can realize perfect union of speed and high-quality pressing effect. Its unique retainer system can press glasses front and back glasses on the same level, protecting conveyance wheels from glass wearing and avoiding dislocation of finished insulating glasses and glasses breakage because of wear of wheels.
<br><br>4、The whole line is controlled by import PLC and transducer, operated and shown by human-computer interface. Its operating condition can be reflected conveniently and directly. It can control the transducer's speed and equipment operating condition on basis of glasses location which is detected by detector switch. It has recognition system of low-E glass, it can recognize Low-E glass surface with aural and visual alarm to ensure the rate of finished glass.
<br><br>5、Besides all functions of LBP1800, this line can also produce tempered insulating glass of which the error of flatness is low, avoiding the breakage of big area tempered glass when it is pressed.
