Introduction: 

Warm edge compound rubber strip new insulating glass materials which can replace two seals technology. Warm edge compound rubber strip is consisted of butyl sealant, molecular sieve, wavy aluminum strip, so it saves the cost and processing time. Warm edge compound rubber strip is soft, so it is easy to bend and cut, it is professional to manufacture shaped insulating glass.

Five characteristics: 

1. The internal side of the glass sealant has a strong adsorption, and transmission have a very good resistance to moisture. In the insulating glass manufacturing process, the role of the desiccant to protect effectively extended the life span of insulating glass.

2. The internal wavy aluminum tape can withstand high pressure, which ensure the parallel and evenness of the finished insulating glass.

3. The internal desiccant has been optimal controlled to reduce waste, the life is up to 30 years.

 4. The efficiency of resistance heat of the edge is more than four times than the aluminum.

5. The stripe can be bent to various forms when processing of insulating glass, it need not use corner when processing insulating glass(in the traditional manufacturing process, the corner is the weak area).
