Fused Cast AZS 41 Brick is also called electro Zircon corundum brick, in which AZS means Alumina-Zirconia-Silica and 41 means the ZrO2 contents is 41%. Fused Cast AZS 41 Brick has high corrosion resistance due to its high quality material and special casting method which leads to its good dense structure. This brick is produced with Australia imported superior zircon sand which is casted by melting it in the mold with high temperature, then cooling and solidification. This professional casting method also ensures its long service life .Most of all, AZS 41 always adopts void-free-cating(WS) method which is almost no shrinkage voids left in brick as it is cut off.

Compared with Fused Cast AZS 36and Fused Cast AZS 33 , Fused Cast AZS 41 contains more zirconia crystals which makes its structure denser, and this leads to its extremely stronger corrosion resistance and lower pollution to glass liquid, so AZS 41 is considered as the most excellent performance product in AZS series product. What’s more, this material has good castability which enables the production to make a great variety of large size straight or approximate straight bricks and special formats and shapes which are available for special machine process. In addition, there are different cast processes of AZS bricks which can fulfill different demands for different parts of glass furnace.
