Four edging machine is used in processing complex specifications of construction, window and door insulating glass, single white glass and LOW-E glass adopts belt vacuum absorbing transmitting glass to edged, avoiding glass scratch and surface impressions, solving chamfer angle and bottom edging of Low-E glass. It can produce  trapezoid, parallelogrammic, rectangular.

It adopts CNC system, which can realize six axis interpolation; also can choose different functions (including chamfering, edge grinding); the multiple functions of the work mode; chamfering processing speed is up to 25 m/min, and when the chamfering and bottom grinding are processing together, speed by 20 meters per minute processing production, rectangular can automatically and efficiently identify glass size, without the manual inputting size of glass; different specifications glass can be continuous, high working efficiency; the parallelogram can be programmed to control according to customer special requirements; generally using G code to operate, which is a kind of efficient, energy-saving and automatic equipment. The energy-saving embodies in the cost of water, grinding wheel, human resource cost and saving space. It can be composed full automatic processing unit with cutting line, automatic loading machine, washing machine, tempering furnace, etc. It is the best matching equipment of edging insulating glass, curtain wall glass, window and door glass, laminated glass, etc.
