• Industrial crucible is available in severe thermal shock and chemical corrosion situation. It can be used in phosphors, fluorescent, rare earth powder calcination and some metals and metal oxides smelt.
• Higher density 2.15g/cm3(normal fused silica ceramic 1.9g/cm3), higher strength no shrinkage at high temperature, which guarantee convenient and safe application.
• Excellent anti-thermal shock properties. Keep 1100℃ in 15 minutes and suddenly dip in cold water, no crack for 10 times cycle.
• Low porosity (<1%) ,Smoothly inner surface .
• High–purity material (>99.9999%SiO2).
• Good chemical stability. Inert to most acid, base, metal and metal oxide.
• Melting temperature at 1350℃, Maximum temperature 1600℃.
