Low-E glass washing&drying machine

Structural characteristics of technology 1.1Conveyor roller adopts gear drive, simple and reliable,convenient to preserve, upper and lower brush rollers use two power machines and triangle belt structure, smooth drive ,belt can use a long time. 1.2. One set of water plate is pue on the loading section to wash the conveyor roller, spraying device is also equipped, it can wet the surface of glass and improve the cleaning effect before entering washing section. 1.3. All of pieces of sheet metal parts of wahsing section which contact with water are made from stainless steel material. 1.4. The conveyor roller of machine uses Vulcanized rubber all-inclusive plastic structure (Prohibited contacting acid liquid ), and upper drive roller is producted specialy for ensureing cleaning effect. 1.5. Washing and drying sections can be automatically elevated or lowered, maximum distance is for 200mm ,for esay commmon cleaning and repairing. 1.6. They have three pairs of brush rollers（Ф200 mm） ,upper brush equips with two hard brushes with imroving cylinder and a solf brush. They can wash hard LOW-E glass, ordinary coating and solar glass coating. Two pairs of hard brush can improve cylinder and doesn’t injury the surface of coating. 1.7. Equipped with three water tanks, 1# spray water tank, 2# rough brush cleaning water tank,3#solf brush cleaning water tank . The drawer-type water tank installs in below of washing section for easy cleaning and changing water. 1.8. The design of drying machine is used the separated structure,so this way can prolong the power machine time and ensure air quality. Wind is filtered by air,it is powerful and effective air-dried. 1.9. The drying machine tank is installed in the separated frame,so this way doesn’t impact the cleaning effect.it is installed in the upper of drying section, so this way doesn’t occupy production space. 1.10. Equipped with two pairs of air knives, a pair of straight air knives, a pair of titl air knives . they are made from stainless steel material, large air stregth,it is powerful and effective air-dried( two pairs of cold air knives ,without heating) 1.11. The shield of drying section which can ensure the quality of cleaning glass is designed for special diversion structure. 1.12.
