Float Glass

HEXAD Clear Float Glass is produced by mixing and melting high-quality sand, natural ores and chemical materials at high temperature. The molten glass flows into tin bath where the float glass is spread, polished and formed on molten tin. The float glass has smooth surface, excellent optical performance, stable chemical capability and high mechanism intensity. It is also resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion. Features: 1. High light transmittance and excellent optical performance. 2. Smooth and flat surface, visible flaw is controlled strictly. 3. Easy to be cut, insulated, tempered and coated. Standard: Comply with China GB11614-1999, Europe EN572 and Russia GOST 111-2001. Specification: Thickness: 2mm - 19mm Ultra thin: 0.55mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.1mm, 1.3mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm etc. Ultra thick: 19mm, 22mm, 25mm Sizes: 1524 x 2134mm, 1220 x 1830mm, 1830 x 2440mm, 2134 x 3050mm, 2134 x 3300mm, 2134 x 3660mm, 2250 x 3300mm or produce according to customer's requirement.
