INSULATING GLASS Two flat glass are separated by frame to form the cavity ,use adhesive to seal glass and aluminum alloy frame or rubber or glass and filled the dry air,and fill a certain amount of molecular sieve as a desiccant ,that constitutes a double-insulating glass. Production process Drying glass cutting→washing and drying→framing→pressing and bonding→seal gum→dry air→test and storage Frame processing→fill desiccant→frame gluing Product performance Insulation performance: heat transfer coefficient of insulating glass is much lower than ordinary plate glass,so it can save a large number of air-conditioning energy consumption. Anti-performance: thermal resistance of insulating glass is much greater than ordinary single-layer glass,so it can greatly reduce the temperature of condensation,and moisture in insulating glass is absorbed by the desiccant and condensation will not appear in the compartment. Sound insulation performance: the sound insulation performance of insulating glass is decided by the glass thickness and air compartment .It can reduce the noise by 30-40Db normally and has obviously improvement than a single glass. Application Since the insulating glass has many advantages such as thermal insulation,sound nsulation,anti-condensation,anti-cold radiation and easy construction,it has been widely used as doors,windows,curtain walls,skylights and translucent roof and other parts of industrial and civil building and has significant energy-saving effect.
