1.Technical characteristics The machine is composed of feeding section, preheat section, pre-pressure section, heating section I, heating section II, roller section, discharging segment and electric control cabinet etc. (1)The structure is reasonable, easy to operate, mainly display and adjust the height of big pressure rollers. The movement speed of roller press section is in step other parts, adopt encoder control, improving height and speed display precision. (2)The main transmission adopts frequency adjustment, gear transmit: big pressing is duplex chain transmission with two big cylinders to pressure, which make laminated glass seal side well. (3)The loading section is composed of seamless tube with rubber ring,1500mm long. (4)Adjust electronically gap, the limit of the upper press roller adopts hard axis movement, ensure the gap is consistent. (5)Temperature control meter controls temperature automatically and separately;(thermoelectric couples are installed in the side of heating box);There are 200mm gap between heating box and roller press section, There are silicon sheet and activities door in the feeding section of heating box and observation window in the side. (6)Heating tube can lift as a whole, when produce curved glass, cylinder lift heating tube, to ensure curved glass through, when produce plat glass, cylinder falls, reduce heating tube, can ascend lamination speed.
