Glass washing and Drying Machine The Cleaning and Drying Machine with disc brushes is one of the key parts of the production line. The rising and descending of the upper rubber roller, brush roller and air knives can be adjusted automatically according to the glass thickness, the result is digital display. The upper part can be wholly raised by 450 mm so as to easy to clean and maintain. The brush rollers are driven by two motors in the upper and lower part respectively. There are two hard brushes and one soft brush at the upper part, so low-e glass and coated glass could be washed with no damage to the surface. There are two pairs of air knives in the air-dry section. Cotton silencer and air intake filter are set in the air blower. It is characterized by large air flow, low noise and good air-dry effect.
