Laminated glass production line

Laminated glass is a kind of safty glass, which is made of two pieces or more pieces of glasses with PVB interlayers after long time of high temperture and high pressure inviroment. It is used widly for architecture, decoration, autos and bullet-proof purpose. The whole line is composed of glass washing&drying machine, positioning&lay-up machine, sicissor-type walking suction, PVB film paver, transit table, preheating-prepressing machine, autoclave, automatic loder and tilt unloading table. The line is controled by PLC, with high production efficiency and good product rate. The line is easy to operate and works safty and can be designed according to the user’s requirement.
