Glass Washing Machine

Glass washing machine is key equipment used for deep processing the glass, which will affect the yield of finished products. Introduced both oversea and domestic advanced technology, we apply new software and hardware to control the whole washing procedure. It is featured with good outline, low noise, stable running and effective washing. Technical information: 1. The frame of this machine consists of aluminum alloy profile and stainless steel. 2. Loading table: There is a stainless steel water collection plate under the roller conveyors at loading table. A set of water spray pipes is installed for pre-wash of glass. 3. Washing and drying section: Upper chamber is supported by 4 PCS of specially designed screw lifting units, which can lift the upper chamber up to 400mm for easy cleaning and maintnace. Upper roller brushes and bottom roller brushes are driven by 2 individual inverter controlled motor respectively. 4. Drying section: Air blower is installed on the supporting frame, which is with air inlet filter, and sound proof structure inside the blower box to reduce the noise. Air blades are installed parallel to the roller conveyors, which is different from the conventional way, so as to wash smaller glass, and in higher speed. The max. Washing and drying speed can reach 12m/min. 5. Conveyor driven system: The rollers are driven by worm and gear and inverter. 6. Water circulation system: Stainless steel water tanks, quick coupling connection and disconnection is adopted for easy cleaning of water tanks. 7. Control system: There are individual push button switches for each motor, air blower, water pump, driven, lighting, lift up and down. Roller conveyor driven and roller brush driven are made by inverter motors. Glass thickness and washing speed are shown on the electrical panel. Upper chamber's lifting up and down is controlled by decoder and digital meters.
