How It Works

The wastewater containing glass powder is pumped into the Water Treatment Tank, where the glass powder undergoes polymerization, forming particles that precipitate through the chemical purification process. These particles are efficiently collected by a filter bag controlled by an automated valve switch system. Once the filter bags are full, they can be easily removed using a hydraulic hub cart, minimizing downtime and simplifying maintenance. After cleaning, the filter bags are reusable, making the system both cost-effective and environmentally responsible.
