Force convection continuous tempering furnace

Forced convectionTM —Convection heating plays a main role during glass heating. After being heated in jet convection chamber, the hot air inside heating furnace is blown onto glass surfaces and then goes back to hot air blowers for continuous circulation, which not only ensure even heating, low production costs, but enhance the quality of the end products as well.

LD-AL forced convection continuous flat tempering furnace adopts forced convection heating and AirStream heating technologies; it is suitable for tempering high quality, large volumes flat glass for architecture and furniture. Glass can be tempered includes: on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.03) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.
