Forced convection bent tempering furnace

Forced convection heating plays a main role during glass heating. After being heated in jet convection chamber, the hot air inside heating furnace is blown onto glass surfaces and then goes back to hot air blowers for continuous circulation, which not only ensure even heating, low production costs, but enhance the quality of the end products as well.

LD-B forced convection single curvature tempering furnace adopts forced convection heating technology, and it is suitable for tempering single curvature glass in small quantities. Glass can be tempered includes: on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.
