Low-E Glass Online Coating Machine

Instructions of mechanical construction:

1.Installed cylinder to control pressure roller at both ends of the above of 

coating machine, manual control the pressure roller to adjust original spacing, 

according the different thickness of the glass ,it will electric adjust the distance 

between the  pressure roller and glass and showed numerical value on the 

displayer.

2. Both pressure rollers are coated with rubber that is good for coating film. 

The length pressure roller of is 2640mm and diameter is 200mm. 

3. The distance from adjustable transition idler to the ground is 940mm, it can 

be regulated.

4. The distance between axles of the convey roller is 300mm. The conveyer 

system is coordinated by transmission chain and sprocket. Gear reduces speed 

and motor drive that achieves variable frequency speed regulation.

5. Install cylinder cutting film and equipped with a heating wire that will not 

stick the film. Adopt the automatic way to realize cylinder driving cutting film.

6. Equipped with stainless steel tension roller also with two sets of membrane 

device and axis for staying film  

7. Rack and enclosure are used of white senior mechanical paint (the first layer 

of epoxy zinc - rich Primer). (Clients can choose other color for the machine 

 

when on the production line).

Control mode Instructions:

The whole control mode of the coating machine is vertical operating electrical 

box. It’s main for control conveying and cutting film. Inverter control 

conveyance, according to the production line adjusted speed. Fix the induction 

switch in the front of the coating machine which for control connection and 

conveying between coating machine and production line. Product‘s 

performance is stability, protective film posted in smooth without bubbles of 

obvious. Easy to operate, after connect with the production line you can handle 

them in control room.
