1.The machine uses heavy-duty rack which after annealing at high temperature, aging vibration never deformation.

2. Adopting moving beam double screw driver, Japanese YASKAWA servo motor, Taiwan HIWIN guideway and high-accuracy ball screw, with high assembling accuracy.

3. Balancing device for nitrogen cylinder, counteract the  weight of Z axis grinding head , protect ball screw and the accuracy can lasts for a long time.

4. The type of cooling use Spindle central water discharge. Glass grinding effect is good and can save  carborundum grinding wheel.

5. Our machine uses  fixed positioning and Mobile sucker positioning two measures, which can positioning complex shaped glass(especially for auto-glass), can quickly position the glass.

6.  Work station has a built-in computer so that drawing and programming interface can be arbitrary switching and the operation is simple.

7. We adopts Grinding wheel library which can discretionarily exchange grinding wheel automatically and not only can grinding top circle of glass but also can grinding inner circle of glass.

8. The machine has the function of automatic trimming wheel and automatic compensation.

9. The machine covers small area and has a perfect appearance.
