GX-QDLSSP series horizontal rollers hearth double chambers (forced convection) flat glass tempering furnace is mainly used to produce glass for curtain walls for building, furniture etc. which has a large demands for the productivity.

Main Technical Features

1. Two furnaces for heating, pre-heating and heating section. heating efficiency is high and the productivity is 1.6 to 1.8 times more than the single chamber furnace

2. Independent heating elements for pre-heating and heating section, glass enters pre-heating section then theating section for fully heated

3. Pre-heating could improve rate of finished products by evenly heating the glass

4. Heating types of two sections could be: radiation heating + radiation heating, froced convection hating + radiation heating, forced convection heating + forced convection heating
