Automatic Frosting Glass Production Line

Our frosting glass production line conforms to the environmental protection and can produce frosting glass with jade engraving effect. This machine can finish 9 working procedures including glass loading, pickling, frosting, 1st washing, polishing, 2nd washing, alkali washing, 3rd washing and drying, and unloading. The equipment adopts special acid and alkali resistence with high mechanical strength PVC material and an underliquid pump. The water tank is sealed so that frosting solutions can be recycled. The transmission speed can be set to1m/minute, so daily output can reach 1,000 square meter.

MAIN FEATURES OF THE MACHINE:
1. Frosting glass, jade engraving effect glass, 3D, hazy non-fingerprint glass, non-reflection glass can be processed.
2. The environmental protection system creates no emission of the waste water.
3. Adopt automatic sprinkling system, so glass surface is uniform and scratches, spots, spin holes will not appear.
