3 Manufacturing Process
Manufacturing process is divided into single-roll and double roll method.
Single roll method

The molten glass is poured into the calender molding stage, the table can be made ofcast iron or steel, surface or roll engraved with patterns on the glass surfacecompaction roller, made of embossed glass and then into the annealing furnace.
Twin roll method

Production of embossed glass and rolled into the semi-continuous and continuousrolling two processes, through the glass of water
Patterned Glass

Cold, a pair of rollers, with the rotation of the pulling roller forward to Lehr, generallylower roll with an embossed surface, roll on roll is polished, thereby forming a patternof one-sided embossed glass.
