Glass seaming machine

NS2436 Glass four sides edging machine is suitable for grinding 4 sides of insulating glass, coated glass, laminated glass at high speed. Rough grinding of arris for 4 sides on flat glass can be finished at one time. 

1. Against its automatic recognition of glass size and thickness, glass loading can be continuously and no need to wait or adjust the machine when processing different sizes of glass. So it is convenient to operate and high efficiency.

2. It adopts PLC control and human-computer interface operation. Independent circuit box is convenient for installation, debugging and maintenance. 

3. Glass is well absorbed with vacuum pump on our machine. Other supplier use clamping device but thin glass will become winding and easily damaged in this way.

4. Glass conveying, moving and rotating of moving spindle are all driven by servo motor. And the stable spindle is driven by cylinder. All the above make sure the stability of the whole processing.     

5. There are 4 wheels for each spindle in total, 2 for upper arris and 2 for lower arris.

6. It is the best supporting equipment for building glass, hollow glass and low-e glass processing. It can achieve edging and washing in one process with high-speed washing machine.
