Description:

It is used to washing the flat glass (thickness from 3 mm to 19 mm ). The flat glass is placed in transfer roller,

and pass the input part, washing part, drying part, baking prat and lifting part, reach the output part.

It composed of feed-in part, washing part, drying part, feed-out part and lifting upper box. The washing

part equipped with 3 pairs of brushes, equiped with blocking board between each two brushes. After the

brush section, it equipped with 4 pairs sponge rollers, and spray pipes upper and below of the sponge

rollers, the spray pipes with valves at the entrance, when need the spray washing, open the valves. Each

water tank equipped with water overflow and drainage function. Upper and lower brush set each with a

brush motor. Drying part upper and below with 3 set hearting pipes, it adopts belower cyclic heating and

independent high pressure belower wind,to achieve dry and heart the glass surface function. After the

drying part, the conveyor with bevel gear and the feed-in part equipped with water pan to ensure the self

cleaning function.
